What to Expect
This FREE, one-week youth program meets daily for 2 hours. Across the week, participants will engage in two painting workshops, spend two days creating a collaborative mural, and end with a community art exhibit.
Learning Experience: Students will develop painting skills, learn about nature and gardening, and discover how to incorporate the beauty of the environment into their artwork. The sessions are hands-on, encouraging creativity, observation, and an appreciation for the natural world.
Attendance Commitment: Since this course unfolds over a single week and includes a final exhibit, attendance every day is essential. By participating fully, each young artist will contribute to the mural, create their own pieces, and share in the final celebration.
Cost: This course is FREE.
